Student Objectives
- Find the median of a set of numbers by putting the data in order.
- Find the range by subtracting the smallest value from the largest value.
- Identify the lower quartile (Q1) and upper quartile (Q3) and use them to find the interquartile range (IQR).
- Calculate the mean absolute deviation (MAD) to describe how spread out the data is from the mean.
