Thanks for the detailed report. Knowing it happens on two computers, in three browsers, in incognito, and at home saved me a lot of guessing.
I went through the server logs for the worksheets you made this morning. Every PDF was built and sent in full (about 60 KB each), and none were cut off on my end. So the interruption is happening somewhere between the server and the file landing on your computer.
I did find one thing on our side that could possibly cause this. Our server is dropping the file-size header (Content-Length) on PDF downloads. Without it, your browser can't tell how big the file is or when it's finished. Some security and web-filtering software handles that badly and will pause a download until you press Resume. I'm fixing that now.
Two quick questions would help me confirm it's fixed for you. Which button are you using to download: the download arrow at the top of the PDF preview (in the new tab), or the "Download PDF" link under the Create button? And are both computers school-issued? School laptops often carry the same security software even when you're at home.
In the meantime, the "Download PDF" link under the Create button is the most direct route and may behave better.

Also on the daily reviews when customising for eg. dividing only by 2, 5, 10 the Friday one self adjusts back to other numbers.
The 'check internet' may have been a bug on my side where it was erroring out. I had a ton of new updates queued up so it may have been bad timing. Do you remember where you saw it?
With the daily reviews, on the sheet that I see you have saved (CPA11N Can share numbers by 2, 3, 4, 5 and 10. ) , I don't see any customizations, do you remember which problem you were seeing the error with? Code wise it shouldn't happen, but that doesn't mean much if you're seeing it. :D
Yeah if you go to 'create new sheet' it will generate a completely new worksheet with new answer key. If that wasn't what you meant, let me know.
That still exists, just without the text. On the top right of the panel you'll see a refresh arrow. If you click that it refreshes all the problems.
The fact that you had used it before and couldn't find it is a bit concerning, I probably need to add the text back in.
Regarding the agreement, the honest answer is that I can't sign it. Common Core Sheets is free and I'm not a vendor to anyone. No contract, no purchase order, nobody's paying me. That document is written as an add-on to a service agreement, and there isn't one, so signing it wouldn't clarify a relationship, it'd start a brand new contract: annual security audits, criminal background checks, breach-cost reimbursement, terms that follow the site to any future owner. All of that is normal to ask of a paid vendor with a compliance budget.
I'm one guy giving away worksheets, and I don't want to promise things I can't actually deliver.

The account just lets a teacher's settings, favorites, and created sheets follow them between their school and home computers instead of disappearing when they clear their browser. That's the only reason I ask for an email address. Signing up takes an email and a display name, and nothing else — no student roster, no student information. And honestly the email address isn't even confirmed, so if someone wanted to use a fake email address that is fine (though if they ever forget their password, they're out of luck).
Also students never log in at all. There are no student accounts. A kid opens a link and starts working. If a teacher sets up a class, the names are just text the teacher types in — I never ask whether they're real and never check, so initials or first names or fake names work fine. The name is purely for the teacher.

Was there a specific section you were seeing this on? Looking at the database, all the sections are getting new saves, so it's most likely a goof somewhere in the code when certain specific conditions are hit.
I didn't see anything in the error logs (beyond normal noise) and I there are several thousand sheets that did get saved sheets today. :/
Do you have your list so I can try and do it manually on my side and see what may be triggering the non-save?
I do see where you made a math review today that got saved, but nothing in the spelling section. :/

the crossword puzzel does not print correctly no matter what i do, the start of the "definitions" prints on the top of the page covering up the word bank.

Did you happen to save the pdf? If so, on the answer key at the bottom could you tell me the seed?
Can you check it again? I've changed a bit of the logic for how the download is set up so it may have fixed the issue.
The big problem is I can't duplicate it on my side so it makes bug testing hard and all I can go off of is network error logs which are... not super helpful. :D

When you click save does anything happen at all? How about create? Can you check if it is auto downloading? If you hold ctrl and hit 'j' on your keyboard it will pull up the recent downloads and it may be just auto downloading without you realizing.

Actually I already have that built in. After you've add a problem, when you hover over it there will be two buttons that pop out of the left side, the first one is a duplicate and the second is a delete. :)

Could you save your list to the site so I can take a look? There's been quite a few created today and I didn't see anything in the error logs, so it may have been a bug that slipped by.

Also while I was fixing that bug, I also updated the way the auto sort works for making a worksheet so it should look even better. :)
That would be quite the undertaking that honestly, I probably wouldn't be able to pull off well enough and the audience would be severly limited.
A better idea for that kind of thing may be to throw a pdf into chatgpt and have it translate it. I did some tests and it seemed to turn out a good pdf... maybe... it looked like chinese writing anyway. :D

It should be working now, some bad code slipped through the recent update. I'm running several thousand tests now to identify if there are any more issues (spoiler: There are). But they should be fixed in the next site update. Thanks for the help.

That may be the issue as I've started filling out standards for other states as well and it may have been the issue.

I noticed that I do not have the same problem when sorting by grade level, but I take problems from a range of grade levels to make my homework sheets.
Some topics, like "Counting," load faster.

Colors one of those annoying things. The problem with making it too dark, is depending on the printer, it may hide the separation lines on certain printers. For these when I printed them on my printer they came out perfect. :/
BUT I do have a solution.

There is an option to update the colors when a new sheet is made. So if you change the color and then select 'create new sheet'. It'll generate one with the color you selected. :)
