Each worksheet has 5 problems using the area of a parallelogram to find a missing base or height.
This standard names finding unknown measures, and the site had it for rectangles and right triangles but not for parallelograms - which had no area worksheet at all. Working backwards is where the slant side does the most damage: a student who divides the area by the slant instead of by the base gets a number that looks like a length and has no way of noticing, so the slant is labelled on every figure. The unknown alternates between the base and the height, because if it were always the height the sheet would be a rule about which number sits at the bottom rather than about which two measurements multiply. Sheets can be customized, turned into flash cards, or assigned for online learning.
