Finding a Shape by Its Angles Worksheet Download
This worksheet shows four shapes and asks which one contains at least one acute, one obtuse, and one right angle all together. Where other sheets ask students to count the angles inside a single shape, this one asks them to pick a shape out of four by the mix of angles it holds. The three wrong shapes are each missing a different one of the three kinds, so no single check disposes of them all and every shape has to be looked at. All four come from different families of shape, and every angle on the page sits a clear margin away from square, so a right angle can be told from a near-right one by eye rather than by measuring.
